Nikhil Khattar, the Team Manager of RPBCC has worked only one year in competitive cricket but he has years of experience in gully and backyard cricket. He is very passionate for cricket; no matter what time of the day it is or what the situations are. He is always prepared to play cricket. But it is not always possible to follow your passion for your career. This opportunity of being a manager at RPBCC gives him great satisfaction and pleasure. This gives him a chance to do something great for the community and improve his cricket too.
Nikhil is very enthusiastic and confident to work with RPBCC. He is a man of his designation and always likes to dream big and work hard towards them. He has set his goal to take this club back to the new heights. The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. One may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they do not play together, the club will not be worth a dime. He likes to add more competitive players to the club and compete with all high-level clubs one day (Maybe-district level).
Nikhil ensures that his team is always ready and present at the beginning of each session. He likes the players to be recognized and be prominent for their work, not just in our community but in every corner of the world. This can only be achieved with all hard work and dedication. He looks forward to being committed with all of his colleagues and achieving this goal cooperatively.
